The U.S. refused To Sign more than 500 Chinese Graduates In science and Engineering, China Responds

A regular press conference was held on July 6 by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian. A reporter posed a query. More than 500 Chinese students recently signed a letter to the Chinese Embassy in the United States expressing their disappointment that their application for a visa to study in the United States had been denied.  What is China's reaction? According to Zhao Lijian, the U.S. has denied certain Chinese students who sought visas to the U.S. because they violated Presidential Decree No. 10043, which was issued under the Trump administration.  The Chinese government has voiced grave worry over this and has made solemn remarks to the U.S. government.
